Help Desk Technician

Help Desk Technician provides “front line” support for our clients. This relates to all technologies such as workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software. The Help Desk Technician is tasked with answering calls and performing initial troubleshooting. Candidates should have some experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems, Outlook, antivirus programs, and basic PC and peripheral support.
