Rick Bernauer
President / Senior Systems Consultant
Rick Bernauer has worked in the legal technology field for 24 years. He is a Kansas City native, graduated from Southwest High School and then attended Baker University where he received his degree in English Literature and History. In 1982 he started a company to provide marketing database and computer services for banks and savings and loans. His company expanded to also develop custom software and services for the legal and medical markets. Mr. Bernauer has become a recognized authority and speaker on law office technology; including practice management, billing systems and document management. He is President of CyTek Corporation and consults with law firms and corporate legal departments in the Midwest on technology issues. Outside of work, Rick may be recognized as lead guitarist for the band SunDog.
